Operation
The sleeve
labelling machine is a fully automatic, multifunctional system
directly linked to the filling line conveyor. It detects bottles and
spaces them evenly using the guide roll before applying labels with
the center applicator. A servo motor cuts the label to the desired
length, which is then applied using a rotating brush. The process
concludes with a steam tunnel that precisely shrinks the label to
fit the bottle’s shape without creases.
