The RFC
Series 3-in-1 Triblock Machine is a cutting-edge solution that
seamlessly integrates rinsing, filling, and capping into one fully
automated system. Engineered for the production of packaged drinking
water, mineral water, and natural spring water, it meets IS 14543
and IS 13428 standards. The machine employs pressure gravity filling
and features advanced PLC automation with an intuitive user
interface. Its innovative hanging neck holding method allows for
effortless filling of bottle sizes from 200 ml to 2 liters without
requiring changeovers, delivering unmatched efficiency and
versatility.

- All the parts including the main valve, storage tank, filling tank, Hose pipe, & pump are connected by tri-clamp for easy disassembling during the cleaning process.
- High grade silicone seals with tri-clamp based connection for long life.
- All contact parts will be SS 316 & body parts SS 304.
- All electrical motors are protected individually by Overload Thermal Relays for safety.
- Can handle all bottle sizes ranging from 200 ml to 2000 ml.
- Stainless Steel enclosure with acrylic doors provided for complete hygienic bottling with safety lock.
- PLC based centralized lubrication system.
- Pre & Hepa filter for infeed air conveyer blower.
- Can handle bottles blown from low grammage Preforms without distortion.
